CROSSFIT
CrossFit is designed to improve your overall physical fitness and health. With daily classes from Monday to Saturday, each session runs for an hour and begins with a comprehensive warm-up. Our programming ensures you are getting the most out of each workout covering weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics and cardio.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Weightlifting is the class to practice and refine your technique. Led in a slower-paced learning environment focusing on proper form and technique, allowing you to get the most out of your session. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned weightlifter, this class is sure for you.
GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics is designed to help improve your coordination, agility, and flexibility. We focus on basic gymnastic skills such as handstands, pull-ups, and other bodyweight exercises in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
SWEAT FIT
SweatFit is perfect to get the most out of your functional training workouts. With circuit and HIIT-style WODs designed for all fitness levels, you'll be able to challenge yourself and push your limits in an exciting and dynamic environment.
